Today, in exactly one month's time, it's Christmas Eve!

That's why the SuCasita team would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a very happy Advent and a wonderful Christmas, which we hope will be calm and contemplative (and perhaps an opportunity to nibble on one or more Christmas specialities).

Many of our customers tell us that at Christmas and/or New Year they leave their cool, rainy homeland to spend the New Year in Spain, where the climate is still mild and warm at this time of year.

As some of you may still be planning your holidays, we would like to draw your attention today to our promotion, which will officially start on 1 January 2024 (but will of course apply to all potential buyers who are in Spain during the festive season).

With this motto, we hope not only to entice you to buy a property in Spain, but also to whet your appetite for a first-class culinary experience.

Since the late 1990s, a new generation of young chefs has made a name for itself beyond national borders, cooking Spain in creative ways and bringing it international recognition. Culinary artists such as Juan Mari Arzak, Martín Berasategui and Ferran Adrià have created dishes that have set new standards in terms of taste and aesthetics.

Once again this year, the Michelin Guide lists more starred restaurants in no other country than Spain.

We want to invite the first 10 buyers* of a new property in 2024 to an exquisite 3 or 2 star menu accompanied by wine. A dinner for two and an unforgettable culinary experience!

We invite buyers from the Costa Blanca / Costa Calida / Costa de Almería to visit Quique Dacosta. His restaurant of the same name is located in Dénia, in the north of the Costa Blanca.  It is the only three-star restaurant in the Valencia region.

Since opening his first restaurant, Quique Dacosta has won dozens of awards. His creations have placed him among the top chefs in Spain, and he now runs several restaurants throughout the country, three of which have been voted among the 100 best restaurants in the world (!).

Such culinary artistry comes at a price, of course: the current 'For the Love of Art' menu (with accompanying wine) at €445 per person is a luxury culinary getaway to celebrate the purchase of your new property in Spain.

Of course, our buyers in Mallorca will also have the opportunity to enjoy exquisite cuisine without having to travel to the mainland.  The island currently boasts 11 Michelin stars, including two at chef Álvaro Salazar's VORO restaurant (in Canyamel, in the Grand Hotel Cap Vermell). Salazar runs the island's only two-star restaurant.

Guests will be able to choose between two menus: the "VORO" menu, comprising 15 dishes and an optional Majorcan wine pairing, and the "DEVORO" menu, comprising 20 dishes and an optional wine pairing. We invite you to join us....

*Conditions for our invitation to the 3 or 2 star menu:

  • From 26 December 2023, you will be one of the first 10 people to sign a reservation contract for a new property negotiated by Su Casita, S.L..
  • The notarised transfer of ownership will take place by 31 December 2024 at the latest.
  • The invitation is sent after the notarised transfer of ownership (Escritura de Compraventa).
